Our innovation is not a new standalone program, it is a new way of organizing what already works. Chicago has high-quality nonprofit providers, research-backed practices, and employer investments, yet students experience these assets as fragmented and disconnected. At YOC, we are integrating these services with customized pathways for career connected learning and student development. 

Through integration, collective design, and hybrid human-technology delivery, we are redefining student learning from scattered exposure to a coordinated, place-based pathway designed for national scale.
